Early twentieth-century Montana—the era of Norman McLean & 'See America First'—inspired this wedding editorial. We recreated the experience of Glacier National Park's early commercial visitors—high-class adventurers from Chicago & father east, who would travel to Glacier on the train, ride in stagecoach or on horseback to Lake McDonald & then travel up the lake on a wooden boat to the lodge.
